If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not hesitate to contact us for a return/refund/cancellation/exchange.

How to request a return/refund
1. If you believe you have received a defective or incorrect item, please report it via email within 30 days of receipt. A detailed description, photos and/or video in the reporting email, vip@uwavy.com, will help expedite the return/refund process.

2. Our customer service team will get back to you within 1 business day.

3. If you need to return an item, please follow our instructions for returning it and send us proof of return in the form of a tracking number and a valid returns receipt.

4. Once we receive the returned item, we will contact you and process an exchange or refund within 1 business day.


Returns
1. Please note that we do not provide shipping labels.

2. 2. Please return your package by GLS or COLISSIMO's flat rate shipping service. For your convenience, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will not issue return credit without proof of receipt and delivery. You may be responsible for paying return shipping charges, which must be prepaid.


Refunds
1. Refunds will be processed and automatically returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.

2.If the return is the buyer's responsibility (such as buyer didn't like/want, ordered wrong product/wrong size), we may deduct about $20 from your reimbursement as a restocking/handling fee.

3.A $20 fee may also be charged for orders refused by the customer upon delivery or returned due to an "undeliverable" address.


Returnable Items
1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, uncut, and unstyled (with no makeup, deodorant, or wear spots) and come with the product packaging.

2. Incorrect items sent to us will be discarded upon receipt. We reserve the right to individually define, limit, reject and/or refuse the customer's return at any time due to.

1) A history of irregular or excessive returns or items that are worn, altered, washed, damaged or lost, etc.

2) potential fraudulent or criminal activity.

In these cases, our team will contact you to discuss the situation and work with you to resolve the issue or determine whether we should decline to continue service. Although it is never our intention to turn away a customer, we must ensure the safety, well-being and comfort of all our customers worldwide.


Cancelation
You can cancel/modify your order before it is packed in our warehouse (2 hours after payment).
